Bilingual Customer Support
We are looking for an individual to fit into our fast paced and dynamic work environment to help support and grow our technologies and customer base.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Implementations – Provide installation and implementation support to our growing customer base for our various service offerings
- Sales Engineering – Presenting the technologies behind our solutions and explaining how these solutions can be integrated into a potential customer’s infrastructure
- Technical Support – Help troubleshoot and solve technical issues and concerns.
Education Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Networking: Dialup, Broadband (WiFi, Ethernet), TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of MySQL statements
- Familiarity with operating systems from Windows 2003 Server, Desktop (XP, 2K), PPC, Linux/Unix and MAC
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Previous troubleshooting (software or hardware) experience is a must
- Communicate well with peers and customers
- Work well in a team but motivated enough to work independently
- Must be a quick learner, efficient time and task management
- Must speak, read and write English and French fluent

- Presentation and communication experience
- Authentication Schemes – 802.1x, LDAP, RADIUS, Active Directory
- Firewall, VPN networks, Data Encryption
